Bryan Severance, CEO of Fallout Zones Consulting and co-founder of Spy Ninjas HQ, has over 27 years of experience in the family entertainment industry. Since 1996, he has sold and installed equipment, operated parks, and managed laser tag arenas across the US, with a goal of creating global family entertainment centers (FECs).
Bryan's early career included roles as operator and consultant for venues like Battle Blast Laser Tag, Aloha Roller Rink, and The Zoo Family Fun Center. He later spent four years with Delta Strike Laser Tag, overseeing installations and safety training, before founding Fallout Zones Consulting, his own FEC design and construction firm.
Bryan designed and led training for Big Air Trampoline Park’s laser tag facility, managed operations at Flippin Out - Craig Road (one of the first US trampoline parks), and designed and operated multiple Flippin Out Xtreme locations. He also consulted on safety protocols for their venues.
Expanding into VR, Bryan worked with Springboard VR and consulted for Launch Trampoline nationwide. He revitalized Glowzone Las Vegas, turning a $30,000 loss into a profit, and later became operations and safety consultant for Main Event Laser Tag, now owned by Dave & Busters.
Since March 2023, Bryan has led the design and operations of Spy Ninjas HQ, an innovative FEC featuring axe throwing, VR, escape rooms, and more. Developed with a YouTube brand boasting 44 million subscribers, the park is now open and operational, marking the first in a planned global franchise of FECs.
